When it comes to nutrition tabù spread all over.

I’ve tried and I’m trying to experiment nutrition without bias to find foods worth their names.

I would like to start with bread, a very common product, that during ages it has become less nutrient and much more like a conglomerate of sugars made mainly with too refined flours. I’ve found Primus Pane, which I consider the best bread in terms of nutrition, at least in the Italian market.
